Documented Standard operating procedures ensure that medicines are received, stored, transported and delivered under strict temperature-controlled conditions and in accordance with local regulations, industry standards and supplier requirements.

Dermaceuticals

Health Pulse Pharmacy Group makes available a very diverse portfolio of Dermaceuticals that can suit all skin types in infants, children, and adults, tackling various skin issues and diseases that generally arise from the harsh environmental conditions we live in today.

Products vary from skin care, body care, hair care, color cosmetics, emollients and more.

Disposables

The company makes available disposables from highly reputed companies and manufacturers around the world and their official agents and suppliers.

Consumer Products

The Consumer Products division makes available a wide range of quality fast moving consumer goods (FMCG). These include products from various categories like: baby food, mother & baby care, health drinks, nutritionals, personal care, oral care, skincare, haircare, body care, deodorants, perfumes, toiletries, household products, over-the-counter (OTC) products, health foods and dietary supplement.

Mother and Baby Care

The delivery of safe, quality health care that recognizes, focuses on, and adapts to the physical and psychological needs of the new mother, the family and the newborn.

Diapers, baby toiletries, baby accessories, baby bedding, baby care products, baby food, baby hygiene products, feeding bottles, baby cosmetics are a few examples of baby products. Mother care products include maternity products, and hygiene products for mothers, and nutrition and food supplements for mothers.

Cosmetics & Perfumes

 Perfumes & Cosmetics division has one of the most extensive ranges of fragrances, make up and skincare products from some of the world’s best-known local and international beauty brands.

DEVISIONS

Retail: -

  • “Health Pulse Medical Pharmacy” (10 pharmacies and a whole sale retail pharmacy) are open 24 -hours of the day, 7 days of the week, such that the patients can always procure their medicines at any odd hour.
  • Our pharmacists are responsible for dispensing Prescription medications, over-the-counter medical products, and other health products. They advise patients on the safe use of medicines and medical appliances that can improve clinical outcomes.

 

Warehousing: -

  • “Health Pulse Medical Pharmacy” ensures that products reach our customers as expected by complying with the latest storage and transport regulations as per local laws, Industry standards and supplier requirements.
  • Our Pharmaceutical warehouse is SFDA compliant and is regularly inspected and audited by local regulatory authorities and our principals to ensure that our storage and distribution system comply with their requirements.

 

Procurement

  • “Health Pulse Medical Pharmacy” has dedicated teams of pharmacists and other qualified staff in their purchase department which assess the requirement of pharmaceutical, consumer and purchase these products from approved suppliers.

 

Sales and Marketing: -

  • The department is responsible for sales and marketing activities of Pharmaceutical, Dermaceutical, Consumer and health products in industrial standards, and contractual agreements with suppliers. Our highly skilled team is known for delivering high values and service, and we are also committed to identify market requirements, unique products and technologies, and introducing them into the market in order to serve the nation better.

 

Whole Sale: -

“Health Pulse Medical Company” has a dedicated team that caters to the private market through the wholesale division offering a wide variety of product portfolio to cater to more than +1000 customers including private Pharmacies, Hospitals, Polyclinics that are licensed with MOH.

 

Partners: -

“Health Pulse Medical Pharmacy” operates directly and in cooperation with partners including suppliers, manufacturers, distributers and marketing professional.
