Product Features:

• Vitamins and minerals do not work the same way. They each perform specific, essential functions:
• Vitamins B2, B3, B6, B9, B12, C, and iron help reduce feelings of fatigue and fight drops in energy.

How to use:

• To be taken orally.
• Adults and adolescents ages 15 and up: Take 2 capsules per day with a large glass of water, preferably in the morning.
