GLADIO 100 mg coated tablets Adults: The recommended dose is 2 tablets per day (200 mg per day)- 1 tablet every 12 hours. Swallow the tablets with a sufficient amount of water . Take this medicine with meals. Warnings and Precautions: Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking GLADIO. Do not take GLADIO in combination with other nsaids- including selective COX-2 inhibitors. Take GLADIO with caution and tell your doctor: If you smoke.
