How to use:
Use twice daily- in the morning and evening after brushing. Pour 20ml (2/3 fluid ounce or 4 teaspoons) into a glass- rinse around teeth and gums for 30 seconds- and then spit out.

Caution & Warnings:
For external use only. Use 10 ml for children between 6 and 12 years old. If using fluoride supplements- consult your dentist. Store away from excessive heat and direct sunlight.
